Private Graduation Party
August 4th, 2007 ~ Clayton, NJ
Playing parties is always a blast.  Everyone is in a good mood, a pressure free situtation, a
good time to unveil new stuff or take chances, and usually free malt beverages are on hand.
This party was held in honor of Kearstie Anne Kaspar, a 2007 graduate of Clayton High
School, and Kelly Jernigan, a 2007 graduate of Rutgers University.
Above, a cool shot of JR and John and Lisa's daughter Tabitha, who performed a great
rendition of Simple Man.  This was clearly the signature moment of the event...
Photo on right reflects the heat of the day, "It was the temperature of blood".

Here's Tabitha fronting the band (Whitey in background, JR with axe)
during the Shine Down version of Simple Man.  Her Dad John
(co-host along with Lisa) also joined the band, and played Change the
World afterwards.  As you can see below, both songs were crowd
pleasers.
Whitey acts the dork, JR realizes there were more guitar picks in the truck he could have
murdered, while Kev reminds his bandmates of his impeccible play during the early sets.
